What are the available options for any destination?
1) Flight Only

3) Flight + Hotel (Accomodation) + Tours (Sightseeing) - This is the ALl-IN Package.
4) Hotel (Accomodation) + Tours (Sightseeing) - This is the most common.
5) Private Airport Roundtrip Transfers
Are the listed packages customizable?
Yes. At Altheiya Travel and Tours, we ensure that our clients are delighted and satisfied.
You can customize the following:
1) Majority of the packages' rates are based on 2 pax, so if you are travelling with more than 1 companion, kindly inform us and we will quote you a much cheaper price.
2) You can add other optional tours to your package. We will inform you if your time of flight and tour permit you to customize. If you have a specific activity in mind do let us know.
I have a specific hotel in mind but it is not on your list. What do I do?
Just let us know the hotel name, no of pax, conditions and the dates you would be travelling.
I would like to inquire on airfare, what do I do?
Please Click HERE for Airline Inquiry. You will then be asked to fill up a form. Kindly ensure all details are there for faster response. You can indicate whether you have a preferred airline in mind or none at all.

Do you book for both domestic and international flights?
Yes.
Booking
Why are the hotel and tour rates not published?
The prices of accommodations and the tour packages very much depend on whether your travel dates are during Lean, Peak or Super Peak season. It is always mandatory to check the prices with us.
Also, the prices quoted to you at any given day are ACCURATE at that day and may or may not change at the day of your actual booking/payment.
I found a hotel or a package that I like, how do I book?
1) Please take note of the hotel/tour package code and contact us (through email - preferrable, phone, chat). We will send you the final amount.
2) Fill up the booking form in the contact page.
3) We will finalize your booking.
2) Depending on the payment method you choose, you will be asked to book your hotel/tour package on another page within the site. This will take you to the payment section (Paypal - secured site).
Payment
What are the methods of payment?
You can pay through:
1) Paypal (preferred. via Paypal secured site)
2) Credit Cards (via Paypal secured site)
3) BPI, BDO and Metrobank accounts only (offline payment)
For foreign currency bookings, in what currency will I be paying?
All foreign currency rates shall be converted in PHP (USD, THB, SGD, MYR, KRW, JPY, IDR). Exchange rate shall be based on OANDA (http://www.oanda.com/currency/converter/) at the TIME of booking.
Amendment
Can I amend a confirmed booking?
Yes you can but take note that this is subject to availability. You may also incur additional charges. Our advise is to review your booking details/requests/requirements before paying.
Cancellation
Can I cancel a confirmed booking?
Confirmed booking (with confirmed payment) can be cancelled but we will not refund your payment. This is because our partners & suppliers have strict policies on cancellation.
