I myself am guilty of having the wrong impressions about travel agencies. I never used one before as I am a fan of DIY but not until I engaged one when I was in Malaysia & Thailand. I have always thought that they charge very high prices to clients. The truth is if you find a good one, they can be actually way way much cheaper than if you DIY your trips.
